Refund Policy

  • 1) Consultation Session Fees

    All consultation session fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of cancellation, reschedule request, or no-show.

  • 2) Technical Issues
    • If our system fails, a free reschedule will be provided.
    • If the issue is on the client's side (internet/device/power failure), no refund will be issued, and the session will be considered utilized.
  • 3) Duplicate/Erroneous Charges

    Any duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded after verification.

  • 4) Processing

    Refunds (for duplicate/erroneous charges only) are initiated within 3–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
